When I was a child, I was fascinated by delicate papers with cute illustrations and sweet scents. Sticker albums and collectible cards with lovely images felt like treasures. I gathered cards, postcards, beautiful pictures, and stickers, keeping them as little pieces of joy.
At school, I discovered another passion: writing compositions. Inventing magical, imaginary stories enchanted me, and I realized that writing was a way to let my feelings flow. Around that time, I also began keeping song lyrics that touched me, movie quotes, verses, poems, and my own reflections — all ways of giving shape to what I felt inside.
Illustrations, images, photographs, stories, lyrics, and poems have always filled my heart and soul with joy, beauty, comfort, and a sense of safety. They bring me peace and love — they make me feel alive.
Maybe that’s why I eventually chose illustration as my path. I don’t even know exactly how it happened. I was searching for something that gave meaning to my life and, at the same time, brought joy to others. If what I feel when I create can also touch someone else — if it can bring a smile or spark inspiration — then I know I will have fulfilled my purpose.
