We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, and MB Way.
In the case of Bank Transfer, the customer is required to send the transaction receipt via email within 72 hours of purchase.
Orders will only be processed after confirmation of payment.

We will ship your order as soon as a confirmation of payment is received.
All orders are sent from Portugal by registered mail via CTT.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We can provide a refund or exchange in case of damage to the product during transportation. We will accept your request within 8 days after the date of receipt of the product and after sending and validating a photograph that clearly shows the damage to the product. This way, we can file a complaint with our carrier and provide you a solution in a 30 days window.
If you choose an exchange, you will incur all costs of shipping the return and shipping of the new product. Exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging completely intact.
In case of an inaccurate delivery, delivery of the wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, we will incur costs of the new delivery.
